Long weekends are a wonderful thing. Three days to do nothing but play. Part of the weekend spent with three of my favorite rockers from one of the best new bands around. Photos galore, video to burn.. LOVE IT LOVE IT..
Then there is the beauty of fireworks and movies at home with popcorn and my baby snugglin with me on the couch. The best of everything that is what three day weekends mean to me.
Heres hopin that EVERYONE has a great weekend and well.
Things are looking up in the world of snitze and fizzle. The snitze is that we are gonna see Blood Red Summer in studio and the Fizzle is the fireworks OHHH we got BACKSTAGE PASSES to set up of Carlsbads fireworks and GREAT line of site for the show. WOOHOO I am EXCITED. This is gonna be great
Only concern is I am taking DOn and I wonder if his other one (Self) is going to tag along and make noise. ( man that self is a pain in the butt) But the voices in my head are at last quiet for a while
Cause there is SO much to cheer out. Like it is the weekend and I am home with my honey and um I am home with my honey. OK OK so there is not a whole lot but hey I am home. I have the cameras here I have gas in the car. What more could a girl ask for.
You hear it all… Summer is hot… Summer is sticky…Summer is (enter your own negative thought here). Point is summer is a fact of life and honestly I love it. The warmth of the Dawn, the smell of the heat. the dew drops and the simple knowledge that in a few months it will be over and everyone will be griping about the cold haha. Life is what you make it. If you spend it griping and moaning then that is your life. I will admit that I have my moments and i get TICKED OFF. It happens even to me. At some time you realize it ain’t worth it. Take the day enjoy it for what it is. Watch the sun come up, watch the sun go down. Enjoy it you only get it once. Keep a camera handy make the most of it. Well today, June 2, is the day I was brought into this world. 38 years ago I arrived. No big deal. Bathroom floor in Silvercity New Mexico…crappy attitude ever since ( just ask my sissy haha)
Today is the day in life where people make life altering decisions, they have these “big” ideas on how to change their life.
Well guess what… Not here. Life will go as it did yesterday…no life altering changes… no “Big” ideas… just going to go on. Being loved by those who know me and probably making them crazy. For those who do not love me… didn’t care yesterday, don’t care today and chances are good…won’t care tomorrow. life is to short for me to worry about those who don’t like me or who I am.
